SIX VISITS · TWENTY STEPS

A full season of care.
A lawn you can enjoy.

Programs starting at $300Six visits throughout the season. Twenty steps of lawn care.

A greener lawn starts with understanding what’s happening beneath it. Our 20-step program brings soil care, fertilization, weed control, and turf protection together over six visits, so your lawn gets attention as its needs change through the season.

We start with a soil test and analysis, then use those results to guide pH correction with lime if it’s needed. From there, we combine slow-release and liquid fertilizers with crabgrass prevention and broadleaf weed control, helping your grass grow while keeping unwanted weeds in check.

The program also includes grub control, three fungicide applications, and three iron applications. We finish with a service review and recommendations for the following season, giving you a clearer picture of your lawn and what will help it moving forward.

Your estimate depends on your lawn’s size and needs. The 20 steps are grouped across six visits, rather than twenty separate appointments.

Care through the seasons

What goes into the twenty steps?

Start with the soil.

Soil testing and analysis give us a starting point, and lime is included when pH correction is needed. These first two steps help shape the rest of the program instead of treating every lawn exactly the same.

Feed the grass. Stay ahead of weeds.

Five fertilizer applications support the lawn through the season, using slow-release fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, and a late-fall winterizer. Two crabgrass preventative applications and three broadleaf weed control applications help manage the weeds that compete with your grass.

Give your lawn extra support.

Grub control helps protect the turf from root-feeding pests. Three fungicide applications address seasonal disease pressure, while three iron applications support lawn color in spring, summer, and fall. Together, these treatments help us care for more than just the lawn’s appearance.

Plan for the next season.

We close out the program with a service review and recommendations for the year ahead. Application timing is planned around your lawn, weather conditions, and applicable product directions and seasonal requirements.
